This introductory workshop is open to everyone and incorporates two modules:

• Introduction to Gender Equity and Gendered Violence
• Introduction to Trauma and Healing

In this half-day course you will build your foundational knowledge of gender equity and gendered violence, including understanding the impact of violence in our communities and how it can be prevented. You will find this workshop useful if you want to learn more about gender equity, gendered violence and the role of trauma and healing in violence prevention.
