This monthly group is a space for connection and support. This group will run on the last Friday of each month.

An 8-week therapeutic group program for women who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence. This group provides a safe and supportive environment for women to explore the effects of trauma and to identify their power and resistance, running from 20 April- 15 June.
Offering a safe environment for you to learn to identify physical sensations to increase emotional awareness and self-connection. No experience necessary. You are welcome to come to one session or all, running on Fridays from 21 April- 9 June.
